The PAIA manual Includes following.

  1. Information Manual – for Petals Florists CC;
  2. Annexure A – the application form which must always accompany your Manual – this must remain blank as it is the form a requester will complete if they request information from you;
  3. A Next Steps Document (prepared by the attorneys we partnered with) letting you know what to do with your Manual – Please see note below in respect of the changes submission to the Human Rights Commission.
