Activity:

In this hands-on workshop, attendees will learn to create handmade paper by upcycling various paper forms, such as old notepad sheets, pages from books and magazines, or paper offcuts. We’ll blend these materials into a pulp and create beautiful, textured sheets of paper with deckle edges. Participants will also explore ways to incorporate botanicals, glitter, and other creative elements into their paper, learning techniques for making it thicker, more colourful, and unique.

Included:

🌿 All materials are provided in the workshop and included in the workshop fee. These include a paper-making deckle, blender, paper pulp, an assortment of papers, paints, glitters, plant debris, drying boards, cloths, paper towels, and a heat gun/hairdryer. Guests are welcome to bring scrap paper or botanicals (such as flower petals or small seeds) to incorporate into their papers.
